Best nye my first experience with hotpot in HK! Colleague took to NabeOne in Tsim Sha Tsui for lunch. It's similar to our steamboat but buffet style. We're given one hour to stuff ourselves. There's different type of balls - meat, fish, seafood, etc and variety of veggies. Also pasta, ramen and noodles. Love their fried rice and Japanese curry, not sure what the connection is. And after all that hot food, there's also dessert. Only HK$69/person. Can't beat that!
